Sharing Estimates and Invoices

Step 1: Open your Docket account and click on Estimates or Invoices depending on what you are sharing

Step 1 to sharing invoice/estimates to clients through Docket.

Step 2: Select the Invoice/Estimate that needs sent and click send

Step 3(a): For customers that do not have invoice/estimate sharing turned on, a notice will pop up to let you know that the clients settings are not set up to be notified through email/text. Clients will only be able to view their invoices/estimates on their client Dashboard. Click OK

Step 3(b): For customer that do have email or text notifications turned on, a pop up notification will come up to show you which email address and number the invoice/estimate is going to. Click OK

Step 4: To verify that an invoice/estimate was sent, you can view the time and date of send by going to the invoice/estimate tab and searching for that invoice/estimate.
