Steps to Managing Estimates in Docket
Step 1: Open up your Docket account and click Estimates from the sidebar
Step 2: By adjusting the Status Filters you can easily filter your estimates by which ones are awaiting a response, which ones have been accepted/denied, or view all of them.
Step 3: You can also see from the main estimates page, which estimate has been delivered to the customer, read by the customer, which of your employees responded, and on what date.
Step 4: Open the estimate you need to address and go to Actions to provide the response necessary. While in Actions, you can also convert the estimate to an invoice to seamlessly copy over the customers information to billing.
