Accessing your CloverConnect account through CardPointe

Welcome to our knowledge base article, this is a quick guide to help you access your CloverConnect account through CardPointe.


While you’ll mostly use Docket for all of your business needs, CloverConnect also has a backend portal called CardPointe. This is where you can access your CloverConnect account directly. 


When setting up your CloverConnect account with the DocketPay team, you will have created an account, including username and password on the Cardpointe website. 


After creating your login, you can go to the CardPointe website. Using those credentials you can login to CardPointe and you will be brought to your CloverConnect account.


If you cannot remember your password, please use the reset password link.


To reset your password you’ll need your username. The username is usually your email address. If you cannot remember your username, please email into support and we will be able to provide your username and reset your password.      


Once logged in you will be able to:

  • Access reports
  • Accessing your processing statements
  • Creating support tickets 
  • Manage users 
  • Take a payment (not integrated into ServiceCore) 
  • Completed PCI compliance (TBD)
