Welcome to our knowledge base article on how to update your bank account information.
This request can happen if the bank account has changed, or been closed. As either of these situations will not enable the deposits to be made to your bank account.
To get started you will need to submit a support ticket within the CardPointe portal. If you’re unsure of how to submit a support ticket please refer to this guide.
Only the Signer on the account can complete a bank change. When submitting a ticket you will see this pop up window.
Please note the following information is required for a bank account change:
- Last 4 digits of the account owner's SSN
- Full Tax ID number
- Voided check or bank letter required
- OLD ABA/DDA must be provided
- Picture of the Signer's Drivers license
Once you’ve submitted your support ticket and attached the necessary documents this process usually takes 3-5 days to complete.
