CloverConnect - Requesting Bank Account Change

Welcome to our knowledge base article on how to update your bank account information. 

 

This request can happen if the bank account has changed, or been closed. As either of these situations will not enable the deposits to be made to your bank account. 

 

To get started you will need to download the bank change form and submit a support ticket. If you’re unsure of how to submit a support ticket please refer to this guide.

 

Please note the following information is required for a bank account change:

  • Last 4 digits of the account owner's SSN
  • Full Tax ID number
  • Voided check or bank letter required
  • OLD ABA/DDA must be provided
  • The signer must sign either their name with a physical signature, digital signature or email address that was used to sign the original application

 

Once you’ve submitted your support ticket with the completed bank account change form, this process usually takes one week to complete.
