Abandoned Cart Emails
We know how frustrating it is when customers almost check out from your DocketShop but don't finish. So, we've added a new feature where you can automatically send them a friendly reminder email to complete their purchase. Don't worry, this feature won't turn on by itself. You have the control to opt in by navigating to Online Booking > Sessions > Change Dropdown from "Active View" to "Notification Management," and selecting to turn it on there.
Adding Titles to Your Contacts
Now, when you're adding or updating a contact in your Clients page, you can include their title. This makes it easier to remember who's who, especially for important clients.
Editing Service Addresses Made Easy
We've tackled some overdue tech updates, making your life a bit easier. Now, you can edit a service address without the hassle of deleting and re-entering it.
Invoices Now Ask for Service Address
When you create an invoice directly, it now asks for a service address. This is especially useful if your client has multiple addresses.
Search Bar for Service Addresses
Managing multiple service addresses just got a lot easier! We've added a search bar at the top of the service addresses section. This nifty little tool is a game-changer for those of you dealing with lots of addresses. It saves time and the hassle of sorting through them manually.
