In this knowledge base article we will be going through the steps of adding a new user into Payrix.
Please follow these steps:
- Once logged into Payrix, navigate to the Users page within the Management category.
- From here click Add User. This will have you input their information
- After entering in the new users information click Add User at the bottom - you set the first password and then have the user update it upon login
After completing these steps the new user will receive an email from Payrix so that they can set up their login information.
