Logging Into Docket's Learning Hub & Enrolling In Training Courses

All Active Users (Employees) in a Docket account are automatically set up in Docket's Learning Hub within an hour of being added to Docket as a User (Employee). They'll also receive a Welcome email with their login information.

Log Into Docket's Learning Hub

To access your 24/7 training resources in Docket's Learning Hub, follow the below steps:

  1. Click on learning.yourdocket.com or copy/paste it into a new browser tab.
  2. Enter the email address you use to log into Docket as your Username and the Temporary Password of Docket123#



  3. Click "Sign In".

Enroll In A Training Course

Once you're logged into the Learning Hub you'll have access to all our training courses. Feel free to enroll in any of them that catch your interest, just be aware that you'll receive a weekly reminder email to finish the course until you're done!

To look at all the available training courses and enroll in one, follow the below steps:

  1. Scroll down to the bottom of the Home Page.
  2. In the All Courses section, click on the course card that you want to enroll in.
  3. Click on the green "Enroll" button to the right.
