Payrix - How to find a transaction

In this knowledge base article we will be going through the steps of finding a Transaction in Payrix. 


  1. From your Payrix Dashboard navigate to the Payment History Tab. 
  2. Once in the Payment History tab you will see all of your transactions. With the filters above you can filter between Sales, Authorizations, Refunds, and Fails. 


If you’d like a more in depth report that shows how much fees were taken out, the customer name, and more you can generate a Transaction Details Report. 


To do this please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Reports tab on the left side in the Admin category.
  2. Once in the reports select the Transaction Details report from the dropdown menu. Screenshot 2024-04-19 at 15.17.48.png
  3. Select Include all up to date data and choose your Date range. Screenshot 2024-04-19 at 15.18.03.png
  4. Lastly click Generate Report. 


The report can take a few minutes to generate, but once it does you will see the detailed information of your transactions.
