Learn how to leverage Google Analytics 4 (GA4) with DocketShop to track customer engagement and make informed business decisions.

What is Google Analytics 4 (GA4)?

GA4 is a powerful analytics tool for both websites and apps, providing insights into user interactions. To start using GA4, sign up here.

Google Analytics and DocketShop Integration

With the Premium DocketShop plan, you can enter your GA4 Measurement ID to monitor customer interactions within your shopping cart.

Check Your Plan

To see your current DocketShop plan:

  1. Go to Online Booking in the left navigation bar in Docket.
  2. Check the bottom of your screen to verify if you are on the Premium or Basic cart version.

If you need to upgrade to a Premium plan, contact your Docket sales rep or submit your information here to receive a call from the sales team.

Adding GA4 to DocketShop

  1. Obtain Your GA4 Measurement ID:
