8/22/24 Abandon Cart Notifications and Bug Fixes

New Features:

  • Cart Abandonment Alerts
    Get notified when someone abandons their cart! You can now set up email notifications to alert you and your team for follow-up when a cart is abandoned. The notification will include relevant cart details and contact information, so you can take action quickly.
    • To find this feature, navigate to Online Booking > Sessions > (dropdown on page) Notification Management

Bug Fixes:

  • Resolved an issue where summary pages were not exporting correctly.
  • Fixed a bug related to the "Close the Books" functionality.
  • Corrected an issue where invoices were not applying the proper terms and conditions.
  • Addressed a bug with Docketshop basic shopping carts.
  • Fixed a problem with custom insurance reports not pulling in properly.
  • Resolved an issue with tasks flipping back and forth for Mobile Android users.
  • Fixed a bug related to overpayments on invoices.
  • Corrected visuals for completed drop-offs.
  • Fixed a bug affecting the balance display on client accounts.
  • Ensured that invoices now appear properly on historical records.
