If you're using pricing (billing) templates as your primary pricing model, we’d like to introduce you to our “Setting Up DocketShop with Pricing Templates” training course!
It’s designed to guide you in setting up your DocketShop add-on feature step-by-step in your Docket account and connecting your pricing (billing) templates to DocketShop for a seamless customer experience on your website.
Before You Start
Here are a few things to know before you continue:
- This course is absolutely free!
- This course should only be taken by Account Owners or Docket users with the Administrator role.
- If you don't use pricing (billing) templates in your Docket account, please check out "Setting Up DocketShop with a Pricing Matrix" instead!
- In order to access this course, you must first log into Docket’s Learning Hub.
- If you've never logged into Docket's Learning Hub, please review the instructions here.
Overview
“Setting Up DocketShop with Pricing Templates” is a comprehensive training course that guides Account Owners and Admins through setting up their DocketShop add-on feature successfully.
Some of the topics include:
- Selecting your main DocketShop settings.
- Adding and editing your inventory, asset availability, and pricing details in DocketShop.
- Setting up your webforms to collect online customer information and enable them to schedule certain services on your website through DocketShop.
And the best part? It’s available 24/7 and accessible on any device, so you can learn when and where you want to!
How to Enroll In and Begin the Course
Once you've logged into the Learning Hub, you’ll be able to access the “Setting Up DocketShop with Pricing Templates” training course.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the Home Page until you see the All Courses section.
- Click on the “Setting Up DocketShop with Pricing Templates” course card.
- Read the course overview at the top and then click "Enroll" on the right.
- Click on "Start learning now" to dive in!
How to Complete the Course
As you progress through the course, each lesson will be automatically marked as Completed in the course outline on the left.
In order to reach 100% completion and receive your completion certificate you must watch each required video lesson and submit your answers to our Final Course Survey at the end.
Once that’s all done, you'll receive an email congratulating you on your completion and you’ll be able to view or download your completion certificate. (Please check your Spam folder if you've completed a course, but haven't received the confirmation email.)
How to Download Your Completion Certificate
After you’ve finished the “Setting Up DocketShop with Pricing Templates” training course, you can easily view and download your course completion certificate.
- From the Home Page, click on "My Activities" under the My Profile section on the right.
- Click into the Courses tab on the left.
- Click on the badge icon to the right to automatically download your completion certificate.
