Access to these new reports will be enabled by default for Administrators and Office Staff. If you'd like to disable access, you can do so via Employees > Access > Reports (beta) > Toggle off individual reports > Update Access:

Accounts Receivable Aging Report Overview
The Accounts Receivable Aging Report provides an overview of outstanding invoices categorized by the number of days they have been overdue. This report helps track unpaid invoices, assess customer payment trends, and manage cash flow effectively.

- Aging Summary: Displays a high-level breakdown of outstanding balances across different aging buckets (e.g., 0-30, 31-60, 61-90, and 90+ days overdue).
- Client and Sales Rep Filtering: Allows users to filter results based on client name, client type, or sales representative.
- Detailed Aging - Breakdown: Shows individual outstanding balances per client and invoice.
- Pivot Table Data Representation: Provides a structured view of the accounts receivable by invoice number.

- As of Date: The report is based on a specific date, which can be adjusted.
- Client Name: Allows users to filter results for a specific client.
- Client Type: Enables filtering by different client categories.
- Sales Rep Name: Users can refine the data by selecting sales representatives.
Accounts Receivable Aging Summary
Displays total outstanding balances broken down into the following aging buckets:
- Current (0 days overdue)
- 1-30 days overdue
- 31-60 days overdue
- 61-90 days overdue
- 90+ days overdue
The total outstanding balance is prominently displayed.
Accounts Receivable Aging Table
- Lists detailed invoice balances per client.
- Categorizes balances into aging buckets.
- Provides a sum of outstanding balances across different aging periods.
Sales Report Overview
The Sales Report provides a high-level and detailed view of invoice-level sales activity. It includes key financial metrics such as subtotal, total invoiced, profit, balance due, and payment received. The report also displays service details, client info, and invoice metadata.
This report supports daily sales tracking, revenue reconciliation, and invoice-level auditing. Users can filter by date, client, and sales rep to analyze performance, monitor payment collection, and identify top clients or services.

This report provides details about dump tasks (Pick Up, Exchange, Dump and Return) in given date range and also considering filters such as Client, Dump Location and Material Type.

Summary: Displays key operational metrics such as: Total Tasks, Total Number of Clients, Total Number of Tasks/Day, Total Average Tons (or Tonnes) and Total Revenue.

Filtering Options: Users can filter the dump tasks that are part of this report by date range and they can also choose a specific Timezone to apply when applying this date range filter. They can also filter tasks based on the Client, Dump Location and Material Type associated to the tasks. Finally, they can switch between “Tons” and “Tonnes” in the Measurement filter, which changes converts the amount shown in the detailed table and also in Total Average Tons/Tonnes summary in the top of the report.

Total Tasks: Sum of the quantity of tasks shown in the report.

Total Number of Clients: Sum of the number of clients related to the tasks shown in the report.

Total Number of Tasks/Day: Divides the total number of tasks per the quantity of days that had tasks within the selected date range.

Total Average Tons (or Tonnes): Average volume in Tons or Tonnes, based on what is selected in the Measurement filter.

Total Revenue: Sum of the revenue from the invoices that are related to the tasks shown in the report.
Dumpster Rentals by Category Report Overview
This report summarizes task activity for dumpster rentals by category within a specified date range. It provides a breakdown of task types (e.g., drop off, pick up, exchange) by dumpster category and calculates total tonnage moved.
Operations and dispatch teams use this report to monitor dumpster logistics by type (e.g., 10 Yard, 1 Yard, etc.), identify high-traffic rental categories, and evaluate tonnage movement. It’s used in monthly planning, resource allocation, and to assess route or bin optimization.

The Hauler Details report is used by operations and billing teams to track and reconcile hauling activity, ensure tasks are completed on time, and validate hauler-related expenses versus client charges. It helps identify incomplete tasks, missed services, or hauler delays.

Exporting Data
Customers can export a table using the three dots in the upper right hand corner of the table. They will be able to select the format for the export in this menu.
Limitations to Exporting Data:

The maximum number of rows that can be exported is 1 million. Users should chunk the data out using filters if they exceed this row limit.
