CardPointe/Fiserv - How to Create a Support Ticket

How to Create a Support Ticket in CardPointe

  1.  After logging into CardPointe - navigate to the support section of CardPointe
  2. Support tickets can be created by CloverConnect -  if you call them on 877-828-0720, or you can create one yourself
  3. Click on the create ticket button
  4. Choose the reason for creating the ticket
    1. Bank Account changes
    2. Card declines
    3. DBA/Legal Entity change 
    4. PCI support
  5. Tickets usually get responded to within 48 hours, and are generally resolved within a week.
