How ACH Works

  • Customers enter their bank account and routing number to pay an invoice.
  • You receive immediate confirmation of the payment.
  • Funds are deposited into your bank account within 3-5 business days.

Why Use ACH?

  • Eliminates the hassle of collecting paper checks.
  • Lower fees compared to credit card payments.
  • Helps improve cash flow with direct electronic payments.

ACH Payment Costs vs. Credit Cards

ACH is significantly cheaper than credit card processing.

$1,000 $30 $10 $20
$15,000 $450 $150 $300

📌 Bottom Line: ACH helps you keep more of your money by reducing processing fees.
