How Do I Log In to My Website?

To log in and make edits, use the details from your “Docket Website is Live” email.

  • Login URL: Your website + /wp-admin

    • Example: www.example.com/wp-admin

  • Username: First initial + last name

    • Example: jdoe

  • Default Password: Username + 123

    • Example: jdoe123

Once logged in, navigate to your Dashboard to make edits.

What Is Elementor?

Elementor is the tool used to edit your website, including content, images, and page layout.

  • Click Edit with Elementor on your website to add new elements (Widgets) such as Buttons, Images, and Icons, or modify existing ones.

What If I Forgot My Password or Username?

If you need to reset your password:

  1. Go to your login page (your URL/wp-admin).

  2. Click Lost your password?

  3. Enter the email or username associated with your website.

  4. Follow the link in your password reset email.

If the reset doesn’t work, contact our Support team for help.

How Do I Add a New User to My Website?

To add a new user:

  1. Log in to your WordPress Dashboard.

  2. Click Users > Add New on the left sidebar.

  3. Fill in the required details (email, username, and role).

  4. Select a role: Subscriber, Contributor, Author, Editor, or Administrator.

  5. Click Add New User.

⚠️ Only give Administrator access to trusted individuals, as they will have full control over the website.

How Do I Undo a Change After Clicking Update?

Mistakes happen! If you need to revert a change:

  1. Log in to your WordPress account.

  2. On your Dashboard, click Pages.

  3. Find the page you want to edit and click Edit with Elementor.

  4. Click the large white circle button with horizontal lines in the top left.

  5. Select History > Revisions.

  6. Choose the version without the unwanted change and click Apply.

  7. Click Update or Publish to save your changes.

🔹 WordPress stores a limited number of past revisions, so it's best to revert changes soon after they happen.
