Your Docket subscription details are always available so you can stay on top of your plan. This area of your account allows you to quickly check what you are subscribed to, update your payment method and billing information, and review your billing history.
Before You Start
- Only Account Owner(s) and Admins have access to subscription information.
- Depending on how your permissions are set up you may not be able to access these settings. Please reach out to your Admin if access is required.
- If you update your payment method, it will take effect on your next billing date.
View Your Subscription
Use these steps to quickly access your subscription information.
- Click “Account” in the bottom left corner.
- Click “Plan” at the top.
- Click “Subscription.”
- Click the “View Your Billing” button.
You will then be taken to a page outside of Docket where you can review your monthly subscription, invoice history, and card on file all in one place.
Subscription Details Page Overview
The Current Subscription section at the top provides details about what your subscription includes and your next billing date.
Payment Method provides basic details of how you are currently paying for your subscription with the option to add a new method by clicking “+ Add payment method” and adding a new payment method on file.
Please Note: If you update your payment method, it will take effect on your next billing date.
Billing Information provides details of the email and billing address that is on file which can be edited by clicking “Update information.”
Invoice History provides a list of all of your invoices with the invoice date, amount, status, and brief synopsis of what was paid.
If you would like to see additional information for a specific invoice, you can click on the Invoice Date where you can dive deeper into the invoice by:
- View invoice and payment details
- Download invoice
- Download receipt
To exit the subscription details page, you can either select back on your browser or click “Return to Docket.”
