Join Our Facebook Community!

We are excited to invite you to our exclusive Facebook Community: Docket Connect!

It's a vibrant space designed specially for our customers to connect, share ideas, and support each other. This Community is a fantastic place for you to engage with fellow Docket users, get the most out of your software platform, and be part of a thriving network of other industry professionals.

As a Community member you'll be able to connect with other users who share similar interests, use cases, and experiences. You'll get the latest product updates, news, and announcements directly from our team, and may be invited to provide your personal feedback to help guide Docket's evolution.

You'll also have members-only access to certain opportunities and content that are Community-specific, like a sneak peek at Docket's roadmap or a contest for prizes!

Before You Start

Here are a few things to know before you continue:

  • The community is private and only current customers are allowed to join.
  • Any type of Docket user may join the community.
  • You must have your own Facebook account prior to joining Docket Connect. If you need help setting one up, check out this Facebook article.
  • The community is not designed to be a Support channel. If you're experiencing issues while using Docket, please reach out to our Support Team using the blue chat button on the bottom right of this page or by using this form.
  • By joining Docket Connect you are agreeing to our Code of Conduct and Support SLAs, listed below.

How to Join Docket Connect

Joining the community is super easy! Just follow the below instructions:

  1. Click on this link to view the Community.
  2. Click on the blue "Join group" button.

  3. Fill in the prompt that appears with your Docket email address and accept our Group Rules.

  4. Click "Submit" at the bottom of the prompt.

TIP: If you don't see the prompt appear or click away from the group overview page too fast, you can always go back to the group overview page and click the blue "Answer questions" button across from your pending membership.

Support SLAs for Docket Connect

Because Docket Connect's primary function is to connect our customers with each other and should not be used as a communication channel for our Support Team, we have separate Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for our customer community when issues are reported in a post or comment thread.

Please Note: You will experience a faster response time if you use one of our normal communication channels to speak with our Support Team. Email us via support@yourdocket.com, call us at 1-888-828-1168, or chat with us using the blue chat button in the bottom right corner of this page.
