1/9/2025 Customizable Notifications, Enhanced Error Handling, Performance Improvements, and Bug Fixes

Improvements

  • Customizable Notification Timing: You can now adjust the timing of your "morning of" and "evening before" messages. This allows for more flexibility in customer notifications. This release is rolling out in phases. This should be fully released by 1/24.
  • Enhanced Mobile Error Notifications: The mobile app now provides clearer error messages when issues arise, helping you understand and address problems more quickly.
  • Profile Email Update: The "Profile" section (top right) now shows the logged-in user’s email, rather than the primary account owner’s email.
  • Dispatch Board Speed Boost: Larger clients will experience significantly faster load times on the Dispatch board (100%–5000% improvement). However, note that Open Rentals on the Assets page might load more slowly.
  • Payment Error Messaging: If an email address is imported incorrectly (e.g., via QuickBooks Online sync), the system will now display a clear error message.

Bug Fixes

  • Employee Hours: Resolved an issue where employee hours were not displaying correctly.
  • Large Report Downloads: Fixed a problem where reports over 15 pages wouldn’t download properly.
    Note: A known issue remains for sales reports with invoices containing more than 15 items—this may cause blank pages.
  • Scheduling Charges: Fixed a bug preventing charges from being created when scheduling from a prior task.
  • Bulk Recurring Invoice Updates: Resolved an issue where end dates of recurring invoices couldn’t be updated in bulk.
  • Mobile Notifications: Fixed a bug where duplicate notifications were being sent on mobile.
  • Mobile Yard Tasks: Addressed an issue where yard tasks couldn’t be completed on mobile.
  • Dump & Return Pin Warning: Fixed incorrect warnings when entering unavailable pins for Dump & Return tasks.
  • Pay Period Display: Fixed an issue where pay periods were not showing correctly.
  • Open Rentals Spinner: Resolved the infinite spinner issue on Open Rentals, ensuring data loads correctly.
  • Employee Page Access: Fixed a problem where certain employees couldn’t access the Employee page.
