Feature Update: Grid View for Task Photos and Client & Job Notes
Photos on tasks, plus client and job notes, now display in a grid in the Docket Mobile App so you can see more at once.
What Changed
- Photos on tasks, and client and job notes, now display in a grid layout instead of a single-file strip.
- Weight tickets and other areas with limited space still use the compact strip view.
Why It Matters
Previously, reviewing photos or notes meant scrolling through them one at a time to see everything attached to a task. The grid view lets you scan more at once, so checking a stop's history in the field takes less time.
Feature Update: Faster Bluetooth Card Reader Settings
The Bluetooth Card Reader section in Settings now loads without delay when you open the settings tab in the Docket Mobile App.
Feature Update: Recurring Routes Track Material Type and Expected Start Time
The Recurring Routes list now shows each route's material type at a glance, and dispatchers can set an expected start time for when a route should leave the yard.

What Changed
- The Recurring Routes list now displays each route's material type(s).
- Dispatchers can optionally set an expected start time for when a route should leave the yard.
Why It Matters
Previously, checking a route's material type or planned start time meant opening the route itself. Now that information is visible right in the list, so you can find the route you need without the extra clicks.

Fixes
Invoice, Estimate, and Note Tabs Appearing Empty: Invoice, estimate, and note tabs sometimes appeared empty the first time you logged in, that's resolved. These tabs now load correctly on first login.
Create PIN Not Working for Some Driver Roles: Drivers with the Mobile Access role couldn't create new PINs during dumpster tasks like Drop Off, Live Load, Dump & Return, Relocate, or Service, even with "Allow Create PIN" enabled, that's resolved. Create PIN now works for all driver roles when the setting is on.
Deleted Stops Still Appearing on Route Tracker: Deleted stops kept showing up on the Route Tracker and mobile app, forcing drivers to mark them as failed and skewing route completion data, that's resolved. Deleted stops no longer appear.
