Log Into Your Docket Account

Wondering how to log into your Docket account? Look no further!

Before You Start

Here are a few things to know before you get started:

  • You need to be added as a Employee to an active Docket account in order to set up your password and log into Docket.
  • The two Employee Roles of Mobile Access and No Access cannot log into the web browser version of Docket.
  • Mobile Access Employees are usually Drivers (Technicians) who need to log into Docket's mobile app to complete their tasks. Please use this article to help them log into the app.

Set Up Your Password 

After your Admin or Account Owner adds you as an Employee to their Docket account, you can set up a password by following the below instructions:

  1. Open the email you received titled 'You've been Invited to Docket!" and click on the "Accept Invite" button.
  2. Add your email address to the Email field on the page that appears.

  3. Click "Continue to Password" and create a password for yourself.

  4. Click "Continue to Terms of Service" and toggle on (blue) "I agree to the terms of service".

  5. Click "Create Account" to finalize your login setup.

Now you'll be able to log into Docket!

Log Into Docket

Once your password has been set up, you can log into your Docket account by following the below instructions:

  1. Click on app.yourdocket.com or paste it into a new browser tab.
  2. Enter your Email Address and Password.
     

    TIP: Toggle password visibility on the login screen to confirm what you're typing and use the Enter key to submit your credentials.

  3. Click "Sign In".

TIP: If you don't remember your password, click on "We can help" and enter the email address associated with your Docket account. You'll receive an email with instructions on resetting your password!
