5/15/25 - DocketShop improvements, Bug Fixes

Here’s what’s new and improved in Docket this week.


🛒 DocketShop / Online Booking

  • Job Availability Settings Now Apply to DocketShop
    If enabled, job limits from Account > Settings > Company > Job Settings now carry over into DocketShop.

  • Max Jobs Per Day Setting
    You can now set a daily max number of jobs. Once the limit’s hit, time slots get blocked in both Docket and DocketShop.

  • Image Upload During Online Booking
    Customers can now upload up to 5 images when booking tasks and/or jobs online.


💳 Payments (Fiserv Customers Only)

  • ACH Payments Available on Client Dashboard
    Your customers can now pay by ACH right from their client dashboard.
  • Visible ACH Option
    If ACH is turned on for your account, it now shows up clearly as a payment option.

🛠️ Other Improvements

  • Error Page Update: We’ve updated the “Dumpy” error page with clearer instructions and a refresh button to help fix common issues faster.

  • Job Status Colors: We brought back the original job status colors to make them easier to recognize.

  • Hauler Expense Tracking: Improved how hauler-related expenses are logged and tracked.


🐛 Bug Fixes

  • Fixed issue where SMS agreements didn’t show in booking details.

  • Fixed a problem with dumpster request notifications not sending.

  • Tasks now get properly cleared after a pickup is completed.
