9/24/2026 - Project Name Pricing, Invoice Filter, Franchise Zip Code Settings, Fix

These updates are available on September 24, 2026. Hard refresh your browser or update the Docket Mobile App to v4.7 to make sure you're seeing the latest version.

New Feature: Project Name Pricing

Project Name Pricing lets you set different prices for different service addresses under the same client, without creating a separate client for every location.

Project Name pricing is rolling out in phases. If you don't see it in your Docket account yet, you will soon.

Audience: Accounts using Client-level Pricing Matrices

What Changed

  • Assign a Project Name to any service address, either from a client's profile, when adding a new service address, or while scheduling a task.
  • Add Project Name as a variable in a client's pricing matrix so Docket applies the right price automatically based on the task's service address.
  • Export and import Project Name values through your pricing matrix's Excel or CSV file.

Why It Matters
Previously, clients with multiple locations or site-specific pricing agreements meant either creating duplicate client profiles or manually adjusting prices on every task. Project Name lets Docket handle that automatically once it's set up.

Feature Update: Filter Invoices by Sent Status

The Invoices page can now be filtered to show only sent or only unsent invoices.

What Changed

  • A new filter option on the Invoices page lets you narrow the list to sent or unsent invoices.

Why It Matters
Previously, billing teams had to scan the full invoices list to spot what hadn't gone out yet, which made it easy for an unsent invoice to sit unnoticed.

Feature Update: Franchise Zip Code Check Setting

The franchise territory zip code check can now be turned on or off per account instead of always being on.

Audience: Franchise Accounts

What Changed

  • Franchises can now enable or disable the check that blocks task creation in another franchise's zip codes.
  • When enabled, the check still warns on unclaimed zips, same as before.

Why It Matters
Previously, this check applied to every franchise account with no way to adjust it, even when a business needed more flexibility in how territory boundaries were enforced.

Fixes

Recurring Stops Page Crash With No-Customer Stops: Fixed an issue where a single recurring stop with no customer attached could crash the entire Recurring Stops page. Those stops now show a blank Customer cell, and the rest of the page loads normally.
