What's New in Docket - August 20, 2025
This update brings some valuable enhancements to make your work more efficient, along with some important bug fixes.
Enhancements ✨
- Smarter Task Sorting: When you assign a new task to a driver, it will now automatically appear at the bottom of their column on the Dispatch screen. This makes it easier to track new assignments as they come in. Tasks with specific scheduled times will also now be properly ordered.
- Bulk Rescheduling for Unassigned Tasks: You can now select and move a group of unassigned tasks to a new date all at once. This gives you more control and makes it easier to quickly reschedule leftover work.
Bug Fixes 🐛
- We fixed a problem that would automatically attach a previously selected client when you were creating a new task.
- We corrected a bug that occasionally showed incorrect route ETA times in the Dispatch 2.0 view.
- We resolved a problem where some client dashboard users could not proceed after the "Accept & Sign" step.
- We fixed an issue that was preventing some changes from being saved in your account integration settings.
