The Hauler Details [Beta] Report shows all hauler-related dumpster service tasks within a selected date range. Use this report to track hauler performance, reconcile costs, and gain insight into operational efficiency.
Before You Start
Here are a few things to know before you continue:
- By default, Admins and Office Staff have access to Reports (Beta). Admins can also choose to grant access to other roles.
- If you don't see the Reports (Beta) option in your menu, you may not have the necessary permissions. Reach out to your Admin for access.

Key Features
- Tasks Summary: Displays key operational and financial metrics like number of tasks, number of haulers, total client cost, and total hauler expense.
- Filtering Options: Allows users to filter hauler details by date range, timezone, hauler status, and task status.
- Hauler Details Table: Provides an itemized list of hauler task details, including size, materials, task type, scheduled and completion dates, associated client, hauler expense, and more!
Run the Hauler Details [Beta] Report
- Click "Reports (Beta)" in the left-hand menu under Administration.
- Scroll down to find Hauler Details [Beta] listed under Operations Reports.
- Click the "Open Inline" icon to run the report in Docket.

Hauler Details [Beta] Report Summary
When the report loads, the tasks summary at the top provides a look into hauler metrics for the specified date range. When you change the date range of the report the summary will automatically update based on your selection.
The different categories in this summary of hauler details are:
- Total Number of Tasks: Sum of all hauler-related tasks shown in the report.
- Total Number of Haulers: Sum of the number of unique haulers shown in the report.
- Client Cost: Total of invoice amounts attributed to hauler-related tasks.
- Hauler Expense: Total hauler cost for tasks shown in the report.

Report Filters
Below the tasks summary, you can refine your results using filter options.
The Hauler Details Report offers a range of filters to help you narrow down and view specific data:
- Date Range: Filter the report to show only tasks that are within the date range chosen.
- Timezone: Select what timezone will be applied when filtering the date range.
- Hauler Status: Filter the report to show only tasks that are related to the selected status(es.)
- Task Status: Filter the report to show only tasks that are related to the selected status(es.)
Please Note: The report will automatically update when you change the date range.
Collapsing Hauler Data in Table
When you run the report, you will have an additional option in the table to collapse sections of the summary information. By default, all haulers’ details will be expanded, to collapse the details for a specific hauler, click the "-" icon next to their name. This will collapse the hauler’s details. To collapse all details, click the "-" at the top-left of the table, appearing next to Hauler in the example below.
Please Note: Before exporting or sending a table, be sure to have the table displaying as you would like it to be viewed. Only fully expanded rows will appear in the exported or shared file, while partially expanded rows will not be included.
Sorting the Table
After using the filters based on your preferences, you have additional options to sort the data that is presented in the table.
- Click one of the table’s column headers.
- Select your sorting preference.
- Each column can be sorted either alphabetically A-Z or Z-A OR numerically ascending or descending. For instance, the Costs column will sort numerically while the Client column will sort alphabetically.
How to Export or Send the Hauler Details [Beta] Report
Export Report
Once you have your report displaying the information you want, you can download it for your records.
- Hover over the table so a menu appears in the top right corner of the table.
- Click the three vertical dots.
- In the menu that appears, hover over "Export."
- Select your file preference in the list of options that appear in the dropdown and the report will download in the file format you selected.
- When exporting as a PDF, you can choose Portrait or Landscape layout.
Please Note: You can export up to 1 million rows at a time. If your table contains more than 1 million rows, we recommend using filters to break the data into smaller, exportable chunks.
Send Report
In addition to downloading the report to your computer, you can also email the report.
- Hover over the table so a menu appears in the top right corner of the table.
- Click the three vertical dots.
- In the menu that appears, hover over "Export."

Click "Export…" at the bottom of the list under the Send section.

In the pop-up that appears, click the mail icon.
- Enter the email address of the recipient.

Click "Export" to send an email with the report attached.
Please Note: On the final screen, you can also customize the email subject, select specific attachments and file types, or send the report as a .zip file.
