Employee Hours
We’ve updated the way employee hours display. You will now see hours in a simpler, more readable format on the employee table and employee page. The old format is still available below the total if you would prefer to use decimals. -
Invoice Risk Awareness Tool
Our new risk management tool is now fully released. It flags invoices that may be fraudulent and shows a warning in the invoice table. Hover over the tooltip to see details about the risk factors. [Read our help article here for more information.] -

You can configure these to automatically remind your customers to pay at the times that work best for your business.
Dispatch 2.0 Update
You can now focus on a single driver’s route in Dispatch 2.0. Their stops will be highlighted, making it easier to follow their schedule. After optimizing your drivers' routes, you'll see an eye icon next to their name in the Driver Info list. Switch to Map view on the Dispatch board to see everyone's colored routes. Click on the eye icon next to each driver's name to show or hide their specific route.
Bug Fixes
Employee hours now match correctly.
Fixed an issue where both invoices and charges were created when only invoices should be.
Fixed a problem where pre-authorization was not working in Online Booking.
