10/2/2025: Late Fees on Invoices, Bug Fixes!

🎉 New Features

  • Automatic Late Fees on Invoices: To help you collect on overdue payments and reduce manual admin work, you can now configure automatic late fees. This feature is highly flexible, allowing you to set company-wide, customer-specific, or invoice-specific rules. You can define when fees apply, choose between flat-rate or percentage-based fees, and even set up recurring fees for invoices that remain unpaid. When a late fee is applied, your customer is automatically notified.
    • To get started, navigate to Account > Settings > Company > Billing Settings > Invoice > Settings > Toggle on Apply Late Fee Automatically

🐛 Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue on the Summary page where previously selected dates were not cleared when running a new review.
  • Fixed an issue with the QuickBooks Online integration where using "curly" quotation marks in item mapping fields could cause import errors. The system now automatically converts them to standard "straight" quotation marks to ensure data syncs correctly.
  • Resolved a bug that caused the DocketShop embed feature to fail on some web pages.
  • Corrected a date picker issue that occurred when using the "Bulk Move Unassigned" feature at the end of a month.
  • Improved the stability of the Client Dashboard to prevent intermittent loading issues.
