10/9/25: Fraud Prevention, DocketShop Loading, and Signature Bug Fix

🎉New Features

Automatic Account Hold for Failed Payments: To protect your business from fraud and reduce time spent managing delinquent accounts, we've introduced a new security feature. After five failed payment attempts, a customer's account will automatically be put on hold and their access to the Client Dashboard will be disabled. You will be notified automatically when an account is put on hold, and you can manage this new notification under Settings → Notifications → Employee Notifications → Financial → Fraud Prevention.

 

 

Enhancements

  • Improved Online Booking Speed: We've made several technical improvements to the embedded online booking tool to significantly reduce its initial load time on your website, creating a faster and smoother experience for your customers.

🐛 Bug Fixes

  • Signature Missing from Printed Documents: Fixed an issue where signatures were missing when printing signed documents. Your printed documents will now correctly include the signature.
