We've rolled out a significant update to improve your efficiency in dispatching, routing, and managing customer billing.
Enhancements ✨
Quick Driver Location on Dispatch: You can now instantly find your drivers on the map! On the Dispatch screen, we've added a "Locate Driver" action that quickly centers the map on that driver's current GPS location.
- Accurate Routing with Yard Stops: When you use IronRoute AI to optimize your routes, the system now correctly includes any scheduled "Return to Yard" stops as part of the driver's task sequence, ensuring your route plan is accurate and your drivers are correctly informed.
- IronRoute AI is currently in Beta testing. If you don’t see this option in your account yet, it will become available once the feature is released for general availability.
- Fix for Route Time Estimates: We corrected an issue where route time estimates were not including the travel time to "Return to Yard" stops when they were attached directly to a task. Your estimated arrival times (ETAs) are now more accurate.
- Easier Failed Payment Management: We added a control to the Customer Profile that allows authorized users to reset a customer's failed payment counter.
Bug Fixes 🐛
- We fixed a bug where invoices created during a task workflow (like an Exchange or Dump/Return) were incorrectly linking to the previous task instead of the new one.
- We resolved an issue where Task cards on the Dispatch screen would not update after a client's name was changed.
- We corrected an issue where unassigned tasks were not included when performing the Print action on the Dispatch screen.
- We fixed a problem where the status filters on the Recurring Invoices page were not working correctly.
- We resolved an issue with our payment integration where the password field was showing as blank instead of masked characters when the password was saved.
- We updated the search box on the Clients page so that it will no longer lose focus while you are typing or waiting for results to appear.
