Enhancements

  • Reporting: Aggregate Sales by Category: We've improved the data available in the Sales by Line Item and Sales Line Items reports by adding the Billing Template Category. This makes it much easier for you to aggregate sales data and analyze the performance of different revenue categories.
  • Bulk Service Address Pricing: The Service Address import tool has been updated to support bulk assignment of the Pricing Type field. This allows you to efficiently set up address-specific pricing for many locations at once, saving time on account configuration.

🐛 Bug Fixes

  • Broker Task Stability Fix: Fixed an intermittent issue where a brokered task, after being accepted, would later be automatically declined with an incorrect message. Accepted broker tasks will now consistently remain active in your workflow.
  • Invoice Payment Synchronization: Resolved an issue where payments applied to recurring invoices were not correctly reflecting as paid in Docket, even when the payment successfully processed with the payment provider.
  • Invoice Creation & Payment: Fixed a bug that caused the "Create and Pay Invoice" feature to fail during the payment process when triggered immediately after task completion.
  • Task Charges on Creation: Fixed an issue where users were unable to add, edit, or delete charges (including default charges) when creating a rental task until after the task was saved.
  • Fee Logic on Task Type Change: Fixed a bug where Relocate Fees would incorrectly remain on a task if you changed the task type from 'Relocate' to something else, preventing potential billing errors.
  • ACH Transaction Descriptions: The last four digits of a credit card are no longer incorrectly displayed in the transaction description for ACH payments.
  • Report Data Integrity: Corrected several issues across various reports to ensure data accuracy, including:
    • Fixing the Rental Length by Category Report to correctly display completion status and rental duration.
    • Ensuring the Client Report CSV Export contains all client records and does not cut off large data sets.
    • Fixing the Dump Location Summary by Dump Day Report to include all locations in the CSV export.
    • Fixing a display bug that sometimes caused inaccurate material types to appear on regulatory reports.
  • General UI Stability:
    • Fixed a bug where filters on the Schedule Page were not correctly hiding tasks from the list.
    • Fixed a navigation issue where leaving a client profile from the Assets tab would incorrectly reset the user's view to the default tab.
    • Removed a non-functional "Show Summary" button from the Sales Line Item Report.
