It also introduces our new Weight Ticket AI, which is available now in your browser and will be launching soon in our mobile app to speed up driver workflows!
New Features
- Weight Ticket AI: Now when you are entering weight ticket images in the browser, we can automatically analyze the image for weight ticket data and enter it for you! This saves a few moments on each ticket, and also reduces the likelihood of inputting incorrect information. Look for this same feature to be available to drivers in Docket's mobile app in the next few weeks!

- Automatic Fix for Stuck Tasks: We implemented logic that automatically re-spaces tasks when they get stuck during heavy reordering. This ensures your tasks remain movable and your route sequence is easy to manage.
- Streamlined Mobile Dispatching: The mobile web dispatch workflow for assigning and changing drivers has been updated to require fewer clicks and prevent the virtual keyboard from covering the driver selection list.
- Mobile Navigation Cleanup: We improved the mobile dispatch view by adding a clear, dedicated switch to toggle between Map View and Card/Column View. We also cleaned up the "More" menu and added clear labels like "Expand Cards" or "Collapse Cards".
- Alert for Missing Tasks: A visual alert (like a badge or colored dot) now appears on the "Extra Tasks" button to instantly notify you when there are unassigned, unscheduled, or outstanding tasks that require your attention.
