We're rolling out a major update to the Docket Mobile App to save your drivers time and increase data accuracy with new Weight Ticket features.
Drivers should first update the app via their app store. The new weight ticket features will be rolling out to all users in waves over the next few days.
New Features 🚀
Weight Ticket AI: Your team can now take a picture of a weight ticket and let the app fill in the data for them!
Automatic Data Entry: Our new AI service reads the weight ticket image and automatically fills in fields like net weight, ticket number, and dump expenses within a few seconds.
Always Optional: Drivers can choose to use the AI or continue entering the information manually. You always have control over the data.
Fast and Accurate: The AI is highly accurate and usually processes the image in six seconds or less.
Confirmation Step: Drivers will be prompted to review and confirm, edit, or discard the data the AI suggests before saving.
Same Data: Images read by the AI are still uploaded to the task for your records, just like they always have been.

Refreshed Weight Ticket Screen: The entire weight ticket experience has also been updated with a cleaner, newer look and feel. This update makes it easier to manage all required fields and add multiple weight tickets to a single task.
Bug Fixes 🐛
We resolved a bug that sometimes prevented weight ticket images from uploading correctly, especially on devices with a weak internet signal.
We fixed an issue where a driver's name would not update correctly in the mobile app after their profile name was changed on the web app.
We solved a navigation problem that occasionally caused the app to show the wrong previous screen when using the back gestures on Android.
We fixed a bug that prevented drivers from clocking in or out when a reason was required, but no default reasons had been set up in the system.
