Improved Client Signatures: We’ve upgraded our signatures collected via the mobile app to meet higher legal standards. When a customer signs for a task or invoice, they will now be asked to type confirm their full typed name. The app also now captures the IP address and exact time to create a complete audit trail, which is then added to your documents.
Automatic Dump Expense Calculator: Drivers can now use a "Calculate" button to instantly determine dump costs when a single waste material is selected on the weight ticket. The app uses your pre-set location rates and the weight or volume entered to give you an accurate cost without manual math.
- This functionality has been restored after it was briefly removed with the new AI weight ticket experience. The previous version of this functionality had calculation inconsistencies that have been fixed in this version.
Smart Dump Location Reminders: To prevent errors, if a driver tries to finish a dump task without a location selected, the app will now gently prompt them to pick the correct yard or landfill before continuing.
Mobile Experience Polish:
Drivers can now create new clients using either a phone number or an email, rather than requiring both.
We improved navigation with better support for back gestures on images and invoices.
We updated screen layouts to ensure the on-screen keyboard doesn't cover up important fields like Zip Codes.
Bug Fixes 🐛
We fixed an issue where photos of paper weight tickets were sometimes missing from the Expenses tab. Now, images from weight tickets will consistently sync to your expense records.
