What's New in Docket - January 13, 2026

This update focuses on making your dispatch board easier to read, simplifying the payment process for your customers, and ensuring your SMS registrations stay compliant.


Enhancements ✨

  • Cleaner Dispatch Board: We’ve made it easier to focus on active work. Completed task cards now automatically shrink (collapse) and use a more neutral color, so they fade into the background while you focus on pending tasks.

  • "Marked as Ready" Indicators: You can now see a clear indicator on the schedule page for any orders that have been marked as ready (such as when a customer calls in for a pickup), helping you prioritize your afternoon routing.

  • Better Invoice Emails: To help you get paid faster, we’ve updated the invoice emails sent to your customers. The link is now a prominent "View and Pay Invoice Here" button that is much harder to miss.

  • Compliance Updates for SMS: We’ve updated our 10DLC (SMS registration) process to match current industry requirements. This includes clearer guidance on the website requirements needed to get your brand verified for texting.

  • More Accurate Live ETAs: When a driver completes a task, the system now does a better job of calculating arrival times for the remaining stops by looking at the actual time and the driver's current location.

  • Client Location Management: You can now view, search, and add new service locations directly from the Client sidebar, saving you trips back and forth between different settings pages.

Bug Fixes 🐛

  • Docketshop White Screen: Resolved an intermittent white screen issue when loading the DocketShop.

  • Canadian Dashboard Fix: The "Request Dumpster" button on the client dashboard now correctly accepts Canadian Postal Codes.

  • Payment Security Notifications: Fixed an issue where Fraud Prevention alerts were not being delivered to employees after multiple failed payment attempts.

  • Invoice PDF Accuracy: Resolved an issue where the Account ID was missing from the PDF version of invoices sent via email.

  • Notification Reliability: Fixed a bug where past-due reminders were sometimes stopping after the first alert instead of continuing on the 14-day schedule.

  • Waste Material Tracking: Fixed a bug that prevented waste materials from being saved correctly on certain weight tickets.

  • Billing Permissions: Closed a loophole to ensure employees without permission cannot void invoices when deleting tasks.
