2/5/2026 Release: New Employee Notifications & Client Dashboard Updates

Enhancements

  • Internal Task Notifications: Stay informed the moment work is finished. We’ve added a new "Task Completed" notification for employees. When enabled, your office staff can receive alerts via email, SMS, or in-app notifications, reducing the need to manually refresh the schedule to confirm completions.
  • Streamlined Client Dashboard: We’ve updated the Client Dashboard to prioritize active work. Your customers will now see their active jobs and tasks at the very top of the page, while completed or historical items move further down. This makes it faster and easier for them to manage current projects and access request buttons.

🐛 Bug Fixes

  • Lead Reporting: Fixed an issue in the Leads Report where the summary data (counts and totals) was not appearing correctly in the "Show Summary" view.
  • Messaging Stability: Resolved a technical issue that caused some verified 10 DLC phone numbers to appear as "Disabled," ensuring your SMS messaging remains active and reliable.
  • Online Booking: Fixed an issue where sometimes DocketShop did not load properly on customer websites after new releases.
