3/19/26 Release Notes: Settings Search, Faster ACH payments, Bug Fixes

🌟New Features

  • Settings Search: Stop hunting for the right setting! You can now search within your Settings to find specific configurations instantly. This is currently live for your Add Ons, Company, and Notifications settings.
  • IronRoute Diagnostics: When using IronRouteAI, Docket will now explicitly tell you if a stop was excluded because it would exceed your "Max Hours Per Driver" limit. This gives you the clarity to decide whether to increase hours or make other adjustments.
  • Automated Overage Billing: You can now set "Overage" prices in your Pricing Matrix. When your drivers log an extra pickup via the mobile app, Docket automatically calculates the charge and adds it to the customer’s next invoice. NOTE: This only applies to Docket's new Commercial and Residential functionality a this time.

  • Faster ACH Payments: We’ve doubled how often we check for ACH transaction updates from the bank. This ensures that your records reflect cleared payments faster throughout the business day.

🐛Bug Fixes

  • Routing & Dispatch: Fixed a bug where estimated arrival times were inaccurate when calculating routes from a driver's current live location.
  • Payment Reliability: Resolved a technical issue for teams using Payrix that occasionally caused ACH payment submissions to fail.
  • Invoice Automation: Fixed an issue where invoices were not consistently generating when scheduling a pickup directly from your "Open Rentals" list.
  • Stop Creation: Resolved a bug that prevented ad-hoc stops from being created successfully for brand-new customers.
