Feature Update: DocketShop Service Address Autofill
Clients booking through your DocketShop online store can now search for and select their service address from a predictive dropdown as they type.
What Changed
- As a client types their service address, a predictive dropdown appears with matching suggestions.
- Clients can select their address from the list or continue typing to enter it manually if their address isn't suggested.
Why it Matters
Address typos are one of the most common sources of booking errors, especially on mobile. The predictive dropdown speeds up entry and reduces the chance of a mistyped address.
Fixes
- Payments & Billing Accuracy:
- Fixed a bug where importing a Pricing Matrix CSV was not reading the Project Name column, causing project-name rows to be dropped during import.
- Notifications & Communications:
- Resolved a timing issue where scheduled client task notifications were firing 3 hours earlier than the configured delivery time.
- Fixed an issue where contractor purchase order emails were displaying raw formatting code in the message body instead of rendering correctly.
