Feature Update: C&R Pricing Matrix Export Includes Overage Fee

The C&R pricing matrix Excel export and template download now include the Overage Fee column. The Add Price side deck also includes a new C&R Overage field.

What Changed

  • The Excel export of the C&R pricing matrix now includes the Overage Fee column with values that match what is shown in the matrix UI.
  • The matrix template download now includes all C&R fields, including the Overage Fee column, making it usable for bulk import without a workaround.
  • The Add Price side deck now includes a C&R Overage field that maps to the same column in the pricing matrix.

Why It Matters

Previously, the Overage Fee was visible in the matrix UI but silently dropped from the Excel export. Anyone doing bulk pricing setup had to manually re-enter overage fee data that was already configured in the system.

Feature Update: Level 3 Payment Improvements: Tax Handling and Line Item Normalization

Two improvements to Level 3 payment processing shipped in this release. Both affect how Docket sends payment data.

What Changed

  • For merchants that do not collect sales tax, the tax exempt flag now sends correctly. This resolves a class of Visa validation errors (CS-0004, CS-0005, CS-0006, CS-0011) that were preventing transactions from qualifying for Level 3 interchange rates.
  • Invoices with discounts now normalize those discounts at the line item level before calculating per-line taxes, which matches how payment processors expect tax breakdowns to be structured.

Why It Matters

These errors were silently disqualifying transactions from Level 3 interchange rates, which can affect processing costs.

Fixes

Weight Overage Charge Disappearing after Creation: After logging a weight overage charge from the Billing Issues scale flow, the charge appeared briefly and then vanished without saving, that's resolved. Overage charges now save and display correctly after creation.

General Tasks Not Opening or Closing from the Schedule Page: General tasks created via Schedule Event could not be opened or deleted from the Scheduling page. Clicking a task produced a blank spinning screen, and closing it caused the full page to go blank, that's resolved. Tasks can now be opened and managed directly from the Schedule page.

Dumpsters.com Exchange Requests not Appearing on the Broker Page: Inbound requests from Dumpsters.com were not showing up on the Broker page, even though email notifications and purchase orders were being sent correctly. Operators had to manually enter the task as a workaround, that's resolved. Requests now appear on the Broker page as expected.

Duplicate Address Created When Adding a New Client During Stop Creation: When creating a new client during stop or task creation, two address records were generated instead of one, a named address and a duplicate "[client name] - primary" entry, that's resolved. Only one address record is created.

DocketShop Logo Size Slider Not Working: The Logo Size slider in the DocketShop embed (Online Booking > Service Address Lookup) had stopped responding, that's resolved. The slider now correctly scales the logo display.
