Download and Log Into Docket's Mobile App

The Docket Mobile App puts the tools you as a driver need right in the palm of your hand. 

You can view and complete assigned jobs, update clients' info, and manage inventory directly from your phone or tablet. Everything you need to complete your day efficiently is available in one place.

Before You Start

Here are a few things to know before you continue:

• You need to be added as an Employee to an active Docket account in order to set up your password and log into Docket's mobile app.
• You need a smart phone or tablet to download the app onto.
• You can download Docket's mobile app from either the Apple or Google Play app store.

Set Up Your Password

Before you can log into Docket's mobile app and start completing tasks, you'll need to confirm your Employee account and set up a password. 

If you haven't received an invitation email, please let your manager know so they can confirm you've been added to the company's Docket account.

Once you receive that invitation email, just follow the instructions below to set up your password:

1. Open the email you received titled 'You've been Invited to Docket!" and click on the "Accept Invite" button.
   
   
2. Add your email address to the Email field on the page that appears.
   
   
3. Click "Continue to Password" and create a password for yourself.
   
   
4. Click "Continue to Terms of Service" and toggle on (blue) "I agree to the terms of service".
   
   
5. Click "Create Account" to finalize your login setup.

 You'll now be able to log into Docket's mobile app using that password.

Download on iPhones and other Apple Devices

Once your password is set up, you can download Docket's mobile app and log into it.

To download the app from the Apple store, just follow the instructions below:

1. Open the App Store.
2. Search for  “Docket - Work”, "Docket Work", or "Docket Dumpsters".
3. Find the Docket app that looks like the one below and tap “Get” to download.
   
   

Please Note: You may be prompted to enter a password when you download an app from the app store depending on how your phone is set up. This could be a password, PIN number, a Face ID, or some other action. 

Download on Android Devices

Once your password is set up, you can download Docket's mobile app and log into it.

To download the app from the Google Play store, just follow the instructions below:

1. Open the Google Play Store.
2. Search for  “Docket - Work”, "Docket Work", or "Docket Dumpsters".
3. Find the Docket app that looks like the one below and tap “Install” to download.
   
   

Please Note: You may be prompted to enter a password when you download an app from the app store depending on how your phone is set up. This could be a password, PIN number, a Face ID, or some other action.

Log Into the Mobile App

When Docket's app has been successfully downloaded onto your device, just follow the instructions below to log into it:

1. Open the Docket app.
2. Enter the email address in your Docket Employee profile as your Username. This is the email address your initial invitation email was sent to when setting up your password.
3.  Enter the Password that you previously created.
4. Tap "Log In."
   
   

Allow Required App Permissions

To use the app as best as possible, it's important that you enable the following permissions when prompted:

• Location
• Notifications
