Weight Ticket AI Overview

Docket's Weight Ticket AI feature makes logging your weight tickets faster and more accurate than ever before.

It makes daily tasks quick and simple for drivers while avoiding errors and reducing the time it takes to manually enter information from a weight ticket. 

Using Docket's Weight Ticket AI feature helps drivers get back on the road faster while ensuring that the office has the most accurate weight ticket data possible for their billing workflows.

Before You Start

Here are a few things to know before you continue:

• Using the Weight Ticket AI feature is totally optional; drivers will be able to manually fill in a task's weight ticket fields whenever they want.
• The Weight Ticket AI can be used by both drivers in the mobile app and by office staff in the web app.
• The Weight Ticket AI is highly accurate, with a 98%+ accuracy rate.
• The Weight Ticket AI can scan uploaded images and fill out most weight ticket fields in a task in 6 seconds or less.
• The Weight Ticket AI is capable of scanning uploaded images in any orientation; landscape, portrait, or even upside down, the AI can read it.
• Drivers must have an internet connection in order to use this feature.

Use the Weight Ticket AI in the Mobile App

The most common place to use the Weight Ticket AI feature is in Docket's mobile app. If you're a driver, just follow the below instructions:

1. Inside your task, tap the "Weight Ticket" button at the bottom.
   
   

2. Tap the "Scan Image to Autofill Fields" button at the top.
   
   

3. Select how you want to upload the weight ticket image by tapping one of the options that appears.
   
   

4.  After the AI has finished processing your image, review it's suggested values and confirm they match your actual weight ticket. Click "Accept" to save the values or "Discard" to start over or manually add the information.
   
   

5. Fill out the rest of the fields and upload more images or add another ticket as needed.

6. Click "Complete" to save all the info to the task.
   
   

Use the Weight Ticket AI in the Web App

If a driver isn't able to fill out a task's weight ticket information in the mobile app for some reason, anyone with access to tasks can use the Weight Ticket AI feature in the web app by following the below instructions:

1.  Inside the task, click to expand the Weight Ticket section.
   
   
    
2. Click the "Add Image to Autofill Fields" button.
   
   
    
3. Select an image to upload from the device you're currently using.
4. After the AI has finished processing your image, you'll see the fields it successfully filled out outlined in green for a few seconds and you can review/adjust the information to match the actual weight ticket and/or upload more images or tickets.
5. Click "Update" to save all the info to the task.
