Download and Set Up the Docket Mobile App for Drivers

The Docket Mobile App puts the tools drivers need right in the palm of their hand. View assigned jobs, update statuses on the go, and manage inventory directly from your device. Everything you need to complete your day efficiently is available in one place.

Before You Start

Here are a few things to know before you continue:

• The Docket Mobile App is only meant for Drivers and should not be used by Admins or Office Staff.
• You will need a smart phone or tablet to download the app.
• You will need to know what type of device you will be using to download the app as Apple and Android devices have different app stores.
• Before a driver can log into Docket's mobile app, they'll need to be added as a User to an active Docket account and set up their password.

Download on iPhones and other Apple Devices

1. Open the App Store.
2. Search for  “Docket”.
3. Find the Docket app that looks like the one below and tap “Get” to download.

Please Note: You may be prompted to supply a password, depending on how your phone is set up. This will be the same process you use whenever you download an app from the App Store. This could be a password, PIN number, a Face ID, or some other action. 

Download on Android Devices

1. Open the Google Play Store.
2. Search for  “Docket Dumpster”.
3. Find the Docket app that looks like the one below and tap “Install” to download.
    

Please Note: You may be prompted to supply a password, depending on how your phone is set up. This will be the same process you use whenever you download an app from the Google Play Store. This could be a password, PIN number, a Face ID, or some other action. 

Log In to the Mobile App

To learn how to set up your mobile app login, please review this article first.

1. Open the Docket app.
2. Enter your username and password that you created or were provided by an Admin.
3. Tap "Log In."

Allow Required App Permissions

To use the Docket Mobile App to work efficiently, it is important that you enable the following permissions when prompted:

• Location
• Notifications
