Wondering how to log into Docket's mobile app? Look no further!
Before You Start
Here are a few things to know before you get started:
- You need to be added as a Employee to an active Docket account in order to set up your password and log into Docket's mobile app.
- You first need to download Docket's mobile app from one of the below app stores:
- Google Play Store (Android Devices)
- Apple App Store (Apple Devices)
- Docket's mobile app is for Drivers (Technicians) only.
- Owners, Admins, Office Staff, and Sales reps need to log into their Docket account through a web browser. These types of users can technically use their account login info to log into Docket's mobile app, but they won't see any tasks assigned to themselves.
To access your assigned tasks in Docket's mobile app, just follow the below instructions:
- Open the email you received titled 'You've been Invited to Docket!" and click on the "Accept Invite" button.
- Add your email address to the Email field on the page that appears.
- Click "Continue to Password" and create a password for yourself.
- Click "Continue to Terms of Service" and toggle on (blue) "I agree to the terms of service".
- Click "Create Account" to finalize your login setup.
- Open Docket's mobile app on your device.
- Enter your Email Address and newly created Password.
- Click "Login".
