DocketShop, also known as Online Booking and “the shopping cart feature”, is the easiest way to put your services, inventory, and availability in front of potential clients.
DocketShop is an online shopping cart that’s fully integrated with your Docket account and heavily customizable. It’s intuitive and user-friendly for your website visitors and it’s set up to be used with either a website Docket builds for you or a 3rd party website you may already be using.

Intro to DocketShop
DocketShop is Docket's easy-to-use online shopping cart that connects to your website or be used without a website, allowing new and old clients to rent dumpsters from your business without having to contact your office.
It seamlessly integrates with your Docket account to keep your inventory and tasks up to date so you don't have to heavily change your existing workflows.
There are two versions of DocketShop available to Docket Account Owners: Basic and Premium.
If you’re on our Grow plan, your contract includes the Basic version of DocketShop.
If you’re on our Pro or Pro Plus plan, your contract includes the Premium version of DocketShop.
If you're on our Start plan, your contract doesn't include any version of DocketShop and you'll need to contact your original Sales Rep or our Support team to upgrade your contract in order to add DocketShop to your account.
Access DocketShop in Your Account
To access DocketShop in your account, just click into the Online Booking section to the left of your account.
If you see the padlock icon to the right of the Online Booking tab (as shown in the screenshot below), that means DocketShop hasn’t been activated yet in your account or your general Docket plan isn't eligible for DocketShop.
If DocketShop has been activated in your account, you won't see the padlock icon and you'll automatically land in the Storefronts section of DocketShop.
From here you can navigate around the settings and configuration for DocketShop.
