🚀 New Feature: Auto Route ETAs
We are excited to announce that Auto Route ETAs are now available for all Docket users! This feature keeps your dispatch team in sync by automatically maintaining arrival estimates as your day changes.
- Smart Updates: After you manually generate your initial routes for the day, Docket takes over. As you drag-and-drop tasks, add new tasks, or move work between drivers, the system automatically recalculates the estimated arrival times for every stop.
- Seamless Map Workflow: Changes made to a driver's schedule—even within the Map View—will now update route lines instantly. You no longer have to leave the map to manually re-create route lines on the map.
- Reduced Manual Effort: By automating these calculations, we've eliminated dozens of daily clicks for dispatchers, ensuring your ETAs stay accurate without the extra administrative work.

Professional Account Statements: We’ve completely overhauled Account Statements to give you professional, customizable documents for your clients. For a full breakdown of the changes and new features, click HERE.
- Granular Control: You can now choose to include line item descriptions, payment records, and unapplied credits.
- Improved Layout: The new PDF groups invoices by Service Address and includes a clearer financial summary and aging report for overdue bills.
- Customized Filtering: You can now filter statements to include only specific service addresses for a more targeted billing experience.
- Interactive Links: If the Client Dashboard is enabled, invoice numbers on the PDF are now clickable links for your customers.
- Additional Invoice Details: Want to include the service dates, Project Name, PO Numbers, or Summary of Work with your statements? Now you can!
🐛 Bug Fixes
- Global Search Accuracy: Fixed an issue where searching for a service address would sometimes fail to return the associated Client record.
- App Stability: Fixed an error that occurred when attempting to open specific client profiles or invoices.
- Route ETA Sequencing: Resolved a bug in Route ETA related to Dump and Return tasks that caused stops to appear in the wrong order or persist after being removed from a route.
- Routing ETA Detail Accuracy: Fixed display issues in the Route Details view where onsite times and task lists did not always match the dispatch board and settings.
- Task Date Consistency: Resolved a discrepancy where task dates would sometimes differ between the Dispatch board and the Client profile page.
