Driver Feedback on Dispatch: You can now view driver feedback notes directly on your task cards! This new configurable row allows dispatchers to see important operational notes at a glance without opening every task. Feedback will also automatically carry forward to the next task on the same order to keep your team in sync.
Notification Filtering: Managing your notifications is now easier. You can now filter your notification lists by "Active" or "Inactive" status and sort by notification type (Email or Text).
Damaged Equipment Alerts: When a driver marks equipment as damaged, the Dispatch board will now highlight the PIN in bold text with a "Damaged" label, making it easy to identify assets that need immediate attention.
🐛 Bug Fixes
- Payment Processing Stability: Resolved an issue that caused some credit card transactions to intermittently fail without showing an error message, ensuring your payment workflows remain reliable.
- QuickBooks Sync Fix: Fixed a bug that prevented some invoices from syncing to QuickBooks Online and ensured that clear error messages are displayed if a sync cannot be completed.
- Safari Printing: Safari users can now successfully print their dispatch schedules and save them as PDFs without encountering a blank page.
- Billing & Late Fees: Invoices will no longer accrue automatic late fees while an ACH payment is in "Pending" status, ensuring fair billing while transactions settle.
- Client Email Reliability: Fixed a bug that prevented manual emails and dashboard links from being sent successfully via the Clients page.
- Invoice History Accuracy: Improved the history log on invoices to correctly display which employee applied a payment and the exact date it occurred.
