5/4/26 Mobile Release Notes: Admin Actions in App + New Operations Tab

✨ Enhancements

  • Clearer Route Cards on Commercial & Residential Routes: You’ll now see "New" or "Ad Hoc" labels and specific location names on your route cards so you know exactly what is on your schedule.

  • Select Mobile Admin Actions: Permissioned drivers & all account admins can now schedule drop off & pick up tasks, view & modify driver schedules, and assign open tasks to other drivers from the mobile app. You can manage these app settings at the employee level via the Web App under Employee -> Access -> Mobile, but all Administrator roles have been defaulted to "on" and can access this new functionality.

  • New & Improved "Operations" tab is replacing the "Assets" tab: We gave a fresh coat of paint to our Assets tab - you can now access everything you were able to do via the "Assets" tab, but with improved UI, on the "Operations" tab in the app!

🐛 Bug Fixes

  • Navigation Fix: Fixed a bug that sometimes sent drivers to the wrong address.

  • Payment Stability: Fixed an issue where iPhones would freeze up while trying to take a payment on an invoice.

  • Visible Stop Issues: Any issues reported on a finished C&R stop will now show up correctly when you go back to review them.
