Fixes
- Fixed an issue in Dispatch where automatic rerouting for Route ETAs did not account for a pending dump stop after a driver completed a pickup but hadn't yet arrived at the dump site.
- Fixed an issue where employees were receiving paid invoice SMS notifications even when no phone number was saved in their notification settings. Notifications will no longer send to a phone number that isn't explicitly configured.
