The Client Dashboard section is located towards the top of your Dumpster Management settings and allows you to customize what your clients will see when requesting a dumpster rental.
Before You Start
Here are a few things to know before you continue:
- We recommend that only the Account Owner(s) or Admin(s) set up or change the settings covered in this article.
- There is no "Save Settings" button in the top right corner; Docket auto-saves your changes on this page.
- In order for this section of settings to be useful, the Client Dashboard Access setting under Client Settings must be turned on.
Navigate to Dumpster Management: Client Dashboard
To access the Client Dashboard section of your Dumpster Management settings, just follow the instructions below:
- Click on “Account” in the bottom left corner.
- Click on “Settings” at the top.
- Click on “View” on the Dumpster Management card.
- Click to expand the Client Dashboard section.
Dumpster Management: Client Dashboard Directory
This section of your settings enables you to control what your clients see on their dashboards at any given time.
Show Request Dumpster Button
This setting is ON by default.
This setting controls whether your clients will see a "Request Dumpster Rental" button on their Client Dashboard.
Show Request Exchange Button
This setting is ON by default.
This setting controls whether your clients will see a "Request Exchange" button on their Client Dashboard.
Show Request Pick Up Button
This setting is ON by default.
This setting controls whether your clients will see a "Request Pick Up" button on their Client Dashboard.
Show Task Images
This setting is ON by default.
This setting controls whether your clients will see images attached to their tasks on their Client Dashboard.
Show Weight Ticket Images
This setting is ON by default.
This setting controls whether your clients will see weight ticket images from tasks on their Client Dashboard.
