The Client Dashboard section located towards the top of the Dumpster Management settings allows you to customize what your customers will see when requesting a dumpster rental.
Before You Start
Here are a few things to know before you continue:
- We recommend that only the Account Owner(s) or Admins(s) set up or change the settings covered in this article.
- Depending on how your permissions are set up you may not be able to access some or all of these settings. Please reach out to your Account Owner if additional access is needed.
Dumpster Management: Client Dashboard Directory
Show Request Dumpster Button
Activating this feature will add a "Request Dumpster Rental" button on your clients' dashboards.
Show Request Exchange Button
Enable this to add a "Request Exchange" button on your clients' dashboards for completed drop-offs.
Show Request Pick Up Button
Enable this to add a "Request Pick Up" button on your clients' dashboards for completed drop-offs.
Show Task Images
When enabled, images from tasks will appear on your clients' dashboards.
We suggest disabling the "Show Task Images" feature, as your team might use photos for internal records and it's best not to display these automatically to clients.
Show Weight Ticket Images
When turned on, weight ticket images from tasks show up on your clients' dashboards. We recommend enabling this setting, especially if you charge for extra weight.
