The Locations section located in the middle of the Dumpster Management settings make arranging your drop-offs and pickups simpler.
Before You Start
Here are a few things to know before you continue:
- We recommend that only the Account Owner(s) or Admins(s) set up or change the settings covered in this article.
- Depending on how your permissions are set up you may not be able to access some or all of these settings. Please reach out to your Account Owner if additional access is needed.
Dumpster Management: Locations Directory
Locations are where you can add your preferred dump sites and specify the location of a yard.
Dump Locations
This setting allows you to establish a default dump location for your tasks. If you haven't set one up, Docket will automatically choose the closest dump location based on the pick-up task address during task creation.
Yard Locations
This setting allows you to establish a default yard location for your tasks. Adding yard locations here enables us to provide turn-by-turn directions, enhance reporting, and provide accurate yard counts.
